Cedar Rapids Museum of Art - Real Haunt in Cedar Rapids IA

This building once operated at the town's library until 1985 and according to local stories, it is haunted by a regular patron named Hazel. She had visited the library in the 1960s and was seen wandering through the rooms by both employees and visitors. It was realized soon after that she had died in a fire that same morning.
