A story tells of a 1920s fiery train crash that had killed a bunch of passengers. One car had been filled with orphan children, who all burned to death in the crash. It is rumored that the ghostly children can still be heard crying and sometimes the smell of burning is reported. Some people have reported seeing the spirit of a little girl wandering through the woods wearing a white dress.

  • Weird

I had just moved to town, and friends of mine lived up against the bike trail. I knew noth8ng about what went on. We were outside enjoying the day when something kept making me look over my shoulder, to the desolate train tracks. I had some weird out of body experience, I didn't tell myself to move I had zero thought train going on and I started walking. No clue where I was even going or why but I just kept going til I was in the woods and then ii hears my boyfriends voice he came looking for me. When we got back, my friends husband asked where I went and I told him I really don't know. I was so confused and then he told me the area I had ended up was towards the site of the accident. Every time I'm over there even driving, I'm compelled to go walking like something wants me to come out there.. not the first time I've been compelled like that and ended up at a haunted place.
